But this must be done against a different organization of the teaching staff, first with an assessment as objective as possible the work of teachers.
is not possible that in 2010 there is a system of evaluation and selection of teachers to ensure a high level of education in Italian schools. 
I am also amazed that so many precarious rightly complain that paladins do not make a proper system of evaluation. They, the precarious could essere la grande opposizione ai fannulloni e pessimi insegnanti che purtroppo ci sono nella scuola italiana. Perchè se dobbiamo riconoscere che gli insegnanti sono poco incentivati dal punto di vista economico e sociale è anche vero che tra di loro si nascondono un bel numero di pessimi insegnanti, ma se non parte proprio da loro una riforma strutturale della scuola non credo che nessun Governo possa raggiungere dei risultati soddisfacenti.
